MARK WARDA is president of Land Trust Service Corporation, a company he started in 1998 to offer land trust trustee services to clients looking for a neutral trustee. He has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1978 and is a member of the Real Property, probate and Trust Law Section and the Land Trust Committee. He received his B.A. with honors and his J.D. degrees from the University of Illinois. He is the author of Land Trusts in Florida, ninth edition published by Sphinx Publishing, Land Trusts for Privacy & Profit, Using “Illinois-type” Land Trusts in Other States, third edition, published by Galt Press, and sixty other books on legal subjects.
