Our Master Series is a monthly class devoted to a more in-depth study of real estate related topics.
They are often presented by local professionals, such as lawyers, accountants, appraisers, home inspectors, etc, and focus on various real estate and business building topics for the more advanced
investor.
The Master Series class is held the third Monday of every month at 7:00pm at the JaxREIA Office, located at 103 Century 21 Drive. Click here for map.

Last month we had the pleasure of having Gregg Cohen give us a presentation on how he uses the internet to enhance his real estate investment business. Jim Shields is another one of our newer members who has set up shop in Jacksonville and has developed an enviable track record.
Jim had his operations in Bakersfield, California when he decided that he wanted to relocate to an area that had a lot going for it and would support his long-term real estate goals. As he did his research, Jacksonville, Florida kept popping up on his radar screen.
Jim is going to tell us about his selection criteria and why he was impressed enough with Jacksonville to relocate here and set up a local HomeVestors franchise. He will also tell us what areas of town he is excited about and why. He will be sharing with us some of the tools and tricks of the trade that his company uses on a daily basis to not only survive, but thrive in today’s challenging market.
