Where do I get my membership badge?
The first year's annual membership dues are only $249.00 for a Full Member. The annual membership renewal dues for each year thereafter are only $125.00. This membership includes a member and his/her spouse or minor child. However, if you are not sure you want to join immediately, you can attend as a guest for only $20.00 per attendee. Should you decide to join after attending as a guest, receive a $20.00 credit toward your Full Membership dues.
No. You will receive your name badge at the next General Meeting by checking in at the front table.
The Main Monthly Meetings are held at the Bethelite Conference Center at 5865 Arlington Expressway on the nothside of the expressway, near Cesary Blvd. Occasionally due to scheduling conflicts we have meetings at other locations. Please check our website to verify locations.
JaxREIA is a non-profit educational and networking association run by non-paid, elected Officers and Board of Directors. JaxREIA's objective is to assist experienced and beginning real estate investors in acquiring practical knowledge of real estate investment concepts through education, discussion and networking.

JaxREIA's membership consists of people from all walks of life. Some are full-time investors, while other are part-time investors with a separate full-time job. Others still are beginning investors, seeking the knowledge that will enable them to make their first investment. One common bond among our members is a desire to grow in knowledge and experience, and a willingness to share with others.
Being a member of JaxREIA is all about education and learning from each other and the experts. JaxREIA is dedicated to bring in only the best national and local educational speakers in order to keep us informed on up-to-date real estate investing innovations, laws and techniques. In addition, where else can you network with "hands on" investors that are willing to share their knowledge and experience? If you are considering the world of real estate investing, you owe it to yourself to become a member of JaxREIA.

As many of JaxREIA's members are new to real estate investing, no doubt you will discover that other members share your interest and desire to learn how to become a successful real estate investor. If you are still in the exploratory stage of real estate investing, joining JaxREIA is a great thing to do. To meet your needs, JaxREIA offers a diverse schedule of events tailored to the educational needs of a beginning investor. Also, you will find out the experienced investors are eager to offer advice and insight to further assist you on the road to success.
Individuals whose primary residence is outside of the greater Jacksonville area (Duval, Clay, St. Johns and Nassau Counties) may enjoy our web-based benefits as a Non-Resident Member. Membership dues are $89 for the first year.
Your annual individual membership entitles you to attendance at over 32 educational meetings throughout the year. The General Meeting features top notch national and local educators focused on instructing both the beginner and advanced real estate investor, while the Quickstart Program features seasoned local investors focused on bringing the beginning investor "up to speed." For the beginning and advanced investor, we have our Master Series featuring a local investor and or vendor. Our networking groups provide a great opportunity to network with other real estate investors. We also offer an online Discussion Forum for posting questions to the group. In addition, you are entitled to present houses for sale or advertise your desire to buy houses. (Please note, all promotional material must have an accountable contact name and phone number.)
Finally, your membership entitles you to discounts on products or services available from National and local retailers. All this for so little!

All guests must pay $20 dollars at the door to cover expenses at the facility for the meeting/event they attend. The $20 dollars will be credited to the membership fee (up to $40). Consider it a test drive program.
We send out a monthly e-newsletter to all of our members with events and articles of interest. JaxREIA does not sell its member list, nor allow its members to use this information for solicitation.

The networking in our Association is priceless. You will find members who will be interested in buying your properties and selling your properties.
We have a number of Vendors through the National REIA that give JaxREIA members significant discounts. For an active investor, the discounts alone will recoup the cost of a year's dues.
Our Association offers the advanced investor, who is so inclined, a chance to give back and share with the next generation of investors. Many of our experienced investors find this sharing non-threatening and very rewarding.
