History of JaxREIA
JaxREIA originated with a small group of people who met to share information and help each other with real estate. Prior to 1985 the organization was named Jacksonville Chapter of American Congress on Real Estate (ACRE), a local ACRE real estate investment club. In 1985 we incorporated as a NON-PROFIT organization in Florida. JaxREIA has provided quality education and services to our members and the community at large for decades. Today, JaxREIA has evolved into one of the premier real estate investors' associations in the nation, with members from diverse backgrounds and education levels. The success of JaxREIA has been based primarily upon our members' achievements.
Our membership continues to grow, currently over 500 active members and spouses, and shows clear signs of further rapid expansion. With solid leadership in place, JaxREIA is focused on initiatives that will build a stronger association undefined providing improved services, greater opportunities and education of outstanding quality to our membership.
Jacksonville REIA is Northeast Florida's Oldest and Largest Not-For-Profit Real Estate Investors' Association. We strive to provide quality educational services and meaningful networking opportunities to support and build our members' Real Estate Investing businesses.
JaxREIA Mission Statement
To offer education, discussion and networking opportunities to Real Estate Entrepreneurs and help them reach their financial goals using sound, honest business practices. Further, we strive to promote REIA members as positive, ethical contributors to the economic and social well-being of our community.
JaxREIA is a non-profit corporation. We are directed by a Board of Directors and elected officers, all who serve without pay. We have highly active, motivated and organized committees of volunteer members who assist in running the organization. Membership participation is encouraged and appreciated.
